A single-algorithm digital effect, the Cloudburst features an endlessly inspiring, ambient-leaning reverb that can deliver subtle splashes to infinitely-expanding horizons.
One of Strymon's premier, compact-sized effect pedals, the Cloudburst matches a JFET-fitted analog front-end design with a robust digital signal-processing brain for an incredibly high-fidelity experience all throughout its flow. The Cloudburst uses this fidelity to its advantage as it products lively, ambient reverbs through deep but intuitive EQ and effect controls. Onboard, a seamless control setup for reverb pre-delay, tone, and decay matches with a modulation mix control for sweet, swirling flourishes and a master effect mix control for placing the Cloudburst's magic exactly where you need it. The Cloudburst's three-way Ensemble switch compounds on this experience and creates rich harmonics that make your reverb clouds all the more complex and intriguing.
The Cloudburst follows through with Strymon's crack digital design with a number of player-friendly features. Single input and output connections are stereo-ready to bring the Cloudburst to any stereo-fitted rig while a quarter-inch expression and MIDI control connection makes the pedal thoroughly modern for on-the-fly and remote control.
